Motionlab Wins Silver at the 2022 AEAF Awards

Motionlab is thrilled to announce that we have won a Silver Award at the 2022 Australian Effects and Animation Festival (AEAF) for our Psychedelic 3D animation for SAE Institute!

For this winning project, we were tasked with creating an impactful and exciting animation that would set the mood for website users when they navigate to the homepage of SAE’s new website.

The animation features a vibrant and swirling display of abstract shapes and colors, set to a pulsating electronic soundtrack. The result is a visually stunning and immersive experience that perfectly captures the energy and creativity of SAE.

More about the AEAF Awards

The AEAF is Australia’s biggest animation festival, celebrating the best work produced by local and international studios across a range of categories. Our win in the highly competitive Education and Infographics category is a testament to the talent and creativity of our team.

We’re also proud to share that two of our other projects, NSW Smart Places and Atlassian, were also finalists in the awards. This is a huge achievement for our studio, and we’re grateful to the AEAF for recognizing our work.

The COVID-19 pandemic has been challenging for our industry, with fewer projects available and smaller budgets to work with. But this win is a reminder that we can still produce high-quality work that inspires and engages audiences.

We’re so proud of our team for their hard work and dedication. This award is a reflection of their talent and passion for animation.

If you’re interested in having a chat with us to discuss your next animation project, please reach out. We’d love to hear from you!
