Online scammers are a serious threat to privacy. But our client Ebay wasn’t a serious brand. So, when it came to giving their users serious security tips, we animated caricatures of notorious characters like Ned Kelly and Dracula, rallying users to join the fight against scammers. With a little humour in the details, our serious message suddenly became seriously engaging.
