We produced a series of four animated videos to support community engagement around Stage 2 of the Yan Yean Road Upgrade, a major infrastructure project improving traffic flow and safety in Melbourne’s outer north. The animations were designed to communicate key aspects of the project and help the public understand and participate in the Environmental Effects Statement (EES) process.
Each video tackled a different topic—from explaining upcoming access changes and environmental study areas, to guiding the public through the submission process and providing an overview of the project’s objectives and impact. With a friendly tone and clean visual style, the series helped make complex planning and environmental information more accessible for local residents and stakeholders.
